Gives you something to ask about again in a few days, which is the closest a story question gets to a continuing conversation. If the replies are all about the weekend, that tells you where your audience is in their week.
Is there a clip of yours you wish had never spread?
Slightly risky. If the answer is genuinely uncomfortable, laugh once and move on instead of encouraging chat to dig it up.

Scale, photos, lifts or how clothes fit: the split shows how many followers are measuring in a way that will eventually frustrate them. That is a post you can write from the results.
What is the most interesting place you have been, and what surprised you there?
Travel answers collapse into a list of destinations unless you ask for the surprise. If they name a place near home, follow it: that clip will be more interesting than another airport.
